The Rally was hosted on the grounds of the prestigious Fryeburg Academy. Fryeburg has a rich history and was the first town to be settled in Oxford County. Throughout the town there are historic houses many of which are on the National Historic Register. They also have many working farms, farm stands, eateries, and retail stores. It is also home to the Maine Blue Ribbon Classic Fryeburg Fair each Fall.
